Building Legacy Since 1976
P31 Construction is the dba of P31 Development Corporation. Our company has a rich history rooted in the construction legacy of Los Angeles. Our origins date back to October 22, 1976, with John B. Green's masonry company (License #326761 C-8) specializing in laying cement foundations. Further expanding our foundation, Harold Hawkins became a licensed Electrician and General Contractor (License #300521) on December 2, 1974, building for citizens and businesses in the City of Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Building Homes and Futures
The company’s foundations are being further developed by Donald E. Green, a retired Los Angeles City Fire Captain, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Contractor. Donald Green is continuing the legacy passed down from his father, John B. Green, and his mentor, Harold Hawkins. Having dedicated 35 years to preserving life and property and 50 years to renovating and building new structures, Donald now mentors upcoming men and women in the construction trades, including his children and grandchildren.
The Legacy Continues
P31 Construction offers full-service residential building, construction management, trade mentoring, and housing advocacy. Community liaison Beyonka Green-Ray fulfills her role as CEO of P31 Construction, bridging community members to the construction trade, developing units to alleviate the housing crisis in Southern California, and mentoring youth in life skills through construction metaphors.
